  • How to book a property?

    Most of our properties can be booked instantly from our website. Simply choose your dates and number of guests and complete the booking by following the steps from the “Book Now” button. 


    Some properties are not able to be booked instantly. Please submit your request by completing the contact form below, specifying requested dates, and any other details or questions you have about the property. We will get in touch with you shortly! 

  • How to complete the Online Check-in form?

    To complete your online check-in, check your emails and/or messages for a link from us that will take you directly to your personalised Enso Boarding Pass page (sent within the first message after placing a booking). 


    This check-in form is mandatory for all bookings in all countries. 

  • Where can I find the check-in instructions and the house manual?

    From your Boarding Pass, you will be able to access your Check-In Instructions and Guide Books to find important information about your arrival and the property. 


    The check-in instructions will only become available at the day of your arrival but your guide book will be available once you complete your booking.

  • Can I check-in early? Can I check-out later?

    Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply. To confirm the possibility to make these arrangements for you, please contact us one day before your arrival or departure. This way, we will be able to advise you on the best possible solutions.

  • What is the City Tax for?

    Depending on your destination, you may be required by local law to pay a city tourism tax. Joivy collects this tax in order to pay it directly to the appropriate authorities. For more information regarding city tax rates and regulations, please consult the website for the respective municipality of your destination.

  • How to join the Joivy portfolio?

  • What is an Owner's Portal?

    Property owners can view their calendars, create blocks, and find invoices and remittance payouts from their individual Owners Portal. If you have any specific questions , please contact your account manager who will be happy to help. To log in to your Owners Portal, visit the following link.
